By 1989, Illuminated had ceased trading, so 400 Blows final album was released on their own Concrete Productions label.Apart from two re-works of Return Of The Dog, the balance of the album indicated that 400 Blows had followed former labelmates 23 Skidoo out of the murk of a post-industrial wasteland into house and hip-hop.

unfortunately an almost uninteresting album compared to great "If I'd kissed.." and "Look".
