Tunnelvision - Watching The Hydroplanes

Probably the most unplayed record in my Factory collection, Watching The Hydroplanes is dour, depressing and downright moody.
Since ripping this from my clear vinyl 7", I got into this more and more, and at last begun to appreciate this as one of the great lost new wave tracks.
Tunnelvision were mates of Section 25, in fact bassist Ian Butterworth went onto play guitar in the reformed SXXV before quitting last year.
A superb Martin Hannett spacey production and a Porky Prime Cut! These days this stuff is labelled as Cold Wave.

Ripped from a Factory Records 7" single (FAC 39)
A. Watching The Hydroplanes
B. Morbid Fear
