Off Their Trolleys (or should that be their surfboards?)

Jan And Dean Meet Batman
Originally released in mono on Liberty Records in 1966, this classic Bam-Caruso reissue sources from the stereo vinyl released a little later. We should never be surprised just how off-beat Bam-Caruso were, they also released The Prisoner soundtrack album (coming soon), but most surprising off all is this nutty Batman fake radio play with a surf twist. Jan Berry & Dean Torrence rope in all their chums to perform as Batman and The Boy Blunder to fight crime against a host of villains on the streets of Surf City. At times brilliant and hilarious, there are a few cringe-worthy moments but thankfully the whole thing does capture the camp fun of the original tv series.. They even poke fun at surfer rivals, The Beach Boys.

Ripped from a vinyl album released on Bam-Caruso Records (KIRI 068) in 1987 to high quality and at times crackly flac audio.
