Ripped from a compact disc album released on Beggars Banquet Records (BEGA 66CD) in 1986 to high quality lossless flac audio. So, were Love And Rockets really Bauhaus without Peter Murphy ...or Tones On Tail with David J? I have always had a take it or leave it attitude to their music, however the first album isn't at all bad. Everything seems to have a warm fuzzy psychedelic feeling but not too silly, with the excellent but lengthy Haunted When The Minutes Drag and the dreamy instrumental Saudade being my highlights. Also, this is one must have been difficult to discard over the years as I have both the vinyl and cd. I've left the levels as they were on this original cd so you'll have to reach for the volume knob.
