One Dove - Morning Dove White
Ripped from a compact disc album released on Boys Own Recordings (828 352-2) in 1993 to high quality lossless flac audio. As we are in a short nineties groove..... One Dove didn't hang around to make much of an impact but this Weatherall produced, chilled-out album stands the test of time really well. Since London Records had by then taken over Weatherall's Boys Own label, I can only suggest that he was ordered into the studio to make a new Screamadelica? Such a pity that One Dove didn't survive the plethora of remixes and split shortly afterwards. Singer Dot Allison surfaced again a few years with a run of solo albums beginning with Afterglow on Heavenly Recordings.
