Rema-Rema - Wheel In The Roses

Ripped from a 12" vinyl EP released on 4AD Records (BAD 5) in 1980 to high resolution 24-bit flac audio. A few months ago I featured the compact disc reissue of Wheel In The Roses. Time for an upgrade as now with thanks to Steve, we can talk about an original vinyl rip featuring the two live b-side tracks in glorious mono.

Mass - Labour Of Love

Ripped from a vinyl album released on 4AD Records (CAD 107) in 1981 to high resolution 24-bit flac audio. Very probably the darkest album before goth, let's call it pre-goth. In reality this is the very darkest of post-punk. Darker than anything else you would imagine from anywhere in Benelux or Italy and Europe's coldest dark waves. Blame Joy Division, they started it ...nobody even came close to the darkest most mysterious corners of post-punk where Mass hung-out. The majority of the four members of Mass came from Rema-Rema and were eventually to become The Wolfgang Press and ....errrrr Renegade Soundwave.
