This Edinburgh 8 piece came out from nowhere in 1986 to appear on Concrete Productions (400 Blows owned label) Funky Alternatives compilation album, released one superb EP (this) then disappeared just as quickly.
Think funky slap bass, wah wah guitar, trumpets & trombones, tablas, congas, bongos and whistles. It's A Certain Ratio, Maximum Joy, 400 Blows, 23 Skidoo, Stimulin, Chakk, Medium Medium, Pigbag and all those other indie Britfunkers rolled into one. Superb!
