Sydney's Moffs led the Australian Eighties psyche revival movement, mixing in soft gentle and dreamy West Coast US sounds and sixties London mod-beats with lots distorted fuzzy psychedelic guitars. I am quite hooked on I Once Knew You with its gentle melancholy book ending a manic middle section. Floyd fans may appreciate the twelve minute journey through The Meadowsong.

Here's a little something to brighten your day. Melancholy psychedelic guitar pop from Australia to cheer you up ....yes, sad songs cheer me up..... does that make me odd? Probably ...but then of course, perhaps we are all odd! I have an album of Moffs somewhere, so that may eventually follow. Enjoy my chums.
