Ripped from a 12" vinyl single released on Mercury Records (MERX 79) in 1981 to high resolution 24-bit flac audio. Some more pop! ....I put the Way Of The West debut up a few weeks, and here is the second and it follows the similar clever catchy new wave pop vein as the first. Good fun!

Ripped from a 12" vinyl single released on Mercury Records (MERX 66) in 1980 to high resolution 24-bit flac audio. Way Of The West were one of those bands who were bigger in the US and Europe than they were in their home UK market. Perhaps it was their dub-funk synth sound much like Talking Heads which found an audience in overseas markets. After five great singles and an aborted album they were gone. Maybe if us Brits had turned on to them that album would have seen the light of day. Regardless, here is the first of all five of those singles generously sponsored by blog friend Rob in Holland.
