Ripped from a vinyl album released on Attica Records (ATT 004) in 1988 to high quality lossless flac audio. Here's a re-post for all those who missed it years ago. I only ripped to 16-bit flac back in those days and feel this album fits nicely into our current run of posts.

Manchester's BFG were about 5 years too late. Indie rock had moved on as Manchester had found it's dancing shoes. They were to plug away for a few more years, but this and the superb Paris single are their finest moments, though the included single Higher Than Heaven was a more commercial proposition. Like Easterhouse, BFG where an important yet quickly forgotten part of Manchester's musical legacy.
