Paul Haig - Mini Album
We haven't had any Paul Haig for a while. Historically there has been a blogger's tradition of an annual Paul Haig Day but that seems to have been forgotten for a couple of years. We need no excuses here to dig into the great man's back catelogue, so here's is the fine five track mini LP of classic Haig remixed by New York disco legend Bruce Forest for the US market, in 24-bit depth of course (complimented with a very tacky sleeve). Please excuse a bit of fuzz on Heaven Sent and a few pops on Justice - this is a well played record.

Ripped from a vinyl album released on Les Disques Du Crepescule (TWI 240) in 1984 to high resolution 24-bit flac audio.
A1 Heaven Sent
A2 Blue For You
B1 Never Give Up (Party, Party)
B2 Justice
B3 Stolen Love

  1. Thanks a lot for this.

Any day is good for a Paul Haig day.

As always thanks a lot for the 24-96 rip.

It will be great if you can upload a FLAC rip for the Paul Haig & Durutti Column single, which you uploaded here a long time ago.

  2. Dear blogmeister, could you upload this (and all subsequent) to the new site? Was on holiday and am having the "busy" trouble accessing the adrive links, alas. I very much appreciate your efforts, thanks!

  3. At the moment I just don't have the file capacity on Mega. These 24bit files chew up bandwidth and there is a chunk of good stuff to come over the next few days. You'd be best advised to hold out on ADrive until off-peak times if you still really want this ....or persuade one of our other followers to host it elsewhere.

  4. "Public file busy" ad infinitum at Adrive. I've been trying for a week. Not bitching, I really appreciate you for all the tunes that you share, it is quite incredible. But I try at different times of day and always get the same message. -mr paul
